In 2005 Jason Beck joined the company and became a vital member of the team as a Funeral Operative. He has progressed to be the companies right hand man, his work includes bearing, driving, grave digging, mortuary duties, preparation of the coffins and final preparation of the deceased which he carries out with the utmost respect and attention to detail.
In 2012 at the age of 17, Beau Elliott joined the company, and in early 2014 achieved her Diploma in Funeral Arranging followed by her Diploma in Funeral Directing, and is very much a key member of the team.
Our emergency call out service is available 24 hours a day to look after the immediate needs of clients experiencing a bereavement. From the first phone call through to the funeral and beyond, it is our aim to provide a personal approach, understanding and commitment.
We work very much as a team and our care of the deceased, support of those bereaved and ability to deliver an excellent service are vital as, for every funeral, there is only one opportunity to get it right.
This approach has proved over the years to be extremely beneficial to a great many clients and we look forward to being able to assist many more in the future.
“When I came into this business, I had no preconceived idea as to what was right or wrong, expected or tradition, so I was able to approach this in a fresh, untainted way. The emphasis is one of individuality and people are more often beginning to have ideas of their own when it comes to life, death and how this should be acknowledged, celebrated and mourned.”
“I had always wanted to be a Funeral Director from as early as I can remember, and throughout my later school life, this was the career I wanted to pursue. I have always felt that my strengths are in helping others at times when help is most needed."
Having both worked tirelessly at Emma's side; Brenda in the office and Godfrey as a Funeral Operative for nearly 30 years, the pair are now taking time for themselves, but are always there to lend a hand in the event of an emergency.
Roy has been with the company since it was established in 1992 and is Jason's father.
